Dresses at Dusk: an evening with Tegan

This lovely lady is Tegan. She is one of the most important and influential women in my life. She is also one of my best friends. This is the sort of girl who will drive you to the hospital at 4am, snuggle up on the couch in a onesie that matches yours and watch Doctor Who with you, and leave you a whole tray of red velvet cupcakes just for looking after the cat.

 She has so many things about her that I love:

I love the colour of her hair. It’s the colour of red velvet cake.

I love the elegant way she walks.

 I love the way she pronounces words in French.

I love listening to her sing Lianne La Havas songs while she is in the kitchen.

I love the way she puts her tongue against her teeth when she smiles.

I love that we share so many interests.

I love that she writes poetry.

I love that we have very similar tastes in clothes.

This is one of my favourite outfits that she wears. The blue goes so well with her red velvet hair and shoes. The mustard cardigan contrasts the blue and red so well and matches the wooden arms of her glasses. The blue dress matches the frames of her glasses.
