Afternoon Tea

On Saturday and Sunday afternoon I enjoyed an Afternoon Tea session at The Vintage China Company.
If you read my blog regularly you will have already heard of them. They are a cute little cafe and tea rooms located not far from my house. They have a large selection of loose leaf tea, available by the pot and cakes to boot. My current favourite is their Chocolate Bread and Butter Pudding. I've so far had trouble taking a picture of it before I've eaten it. There is a smart selection of cakes, scones, biscuits, cupcakes, cheesecakes, muffins and more. All on display in a beautiful glass cabinets, glass jars, and tall cake plates.

Today I made up for last weeks disappointment with a trip to The Crafty Squirrel.
I track down the shop and rush in out of the bitter wind and am greeted by the owner, Morgan.
