Cupcake Decorating Anyone?

The University where I study has just announced a Cupcake Decorating Class for beginners. I'm very excited because cupcakes are fun and I've made a mess in the kitchen a couple of times trying out some inventive decorating. Last time I got all inspired from my book Hello Cupcake which I got for Christmas...

and I made Golden Snitch cupcakes for a Harry Potter party.

What I will be doing is a one night course and at the end of the night you get to come home with 4 - 6 cupcakes to show off.

If you are interested, then the course will be running for one night only at the University of Ballarat - SMB Campus on Tuesday 2nd August. 6.00pm - 9.30pm. The course cost is $70.00

Participants must bring their own apron, piping bag, star and petal tip nozzles and a container to put their finished cupcakes in to take home. I am concerned that I won't be able to decide which apron to wear.

Places are limited. There will only be about 12 places available.

I've uploaded info you may need to Google Docs and you can find it here:

Course information
Credit card authorisation form (if you can't get in to the campus in person to pay)

If you need any more info, you can contact the Uni directly via phone or email.

Make sure you tell them where you heard about it from. :)

  2. I've had a couple of people say that. On a working night, 6 seems quite a challenge. I've just found out my uni class doesn't finish till 6.30 too. Maybe I'll just have to do a session at home :)
